VITALIS ships laboratory research products worldwide from Denmark using DHL shipping services. All products are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only.
2. Shipping Options
Customers may select from the available DHL shipping options at checkout:
- DHL Express: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
- DHL Economy: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, carrier volume, holidays, and local delivery conditions.
3. Worldwide Shipping
VITALIS offers international shipping to eligible destinations where laboratory research materials may be legally imported. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully purchased, imported, handled, and used in their location.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed during regular business days after payment confirmation and order review. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, verification requirements, and fulfillment schedules.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been prepared and a DHL shipping label has been generated, tracking information will be provided using the contact details submitted at checkout.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Responsibility
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, clearance delays, or additional documentation requirements. These charges and requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
VITALIS is not responsible for delays, rejected shipments, customs holds, import restrictions, or additional costs caused by destination-country regulations.

Once an order has been processed or transferred to DHL, address changes may no longer be possible.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We will review the issue and assist where possible. Carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or local delivery issues do not automatically qualify an order for refund or replacement.
