At VITALIS, we are committed to providing premium laboratory research products. Due to the specialized nature of our research materials, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed or shipped.

For quality assurance, product integrity, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on research products after they have been dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@vitalislab.io.

Cancellation requests can only be considered before an order enters processing. Once an order has been packed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to DHL, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

2. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or shipped products.

Refunds are not available once an order has been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

3. Shipping

VITALIS ships worldwide from Denmark using DHL Express and DHL Economy services. Once your order has been transferred to DHL, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier's operations.

While we will gladly assist with shipment inquiries whenever possible, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information do not qualify an order for a refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
